Dr. Phil Show -- Curtis Fallgatter was recently selected by Dr. Phil to assist "The Dr. Phil Family" – a local family Dr. Phil has been following for the past six years – with criminal and family law issues. Curtis will appear on two episodes of Dr. Phil, airing November 23 and November 30, 2009. We are proud that such a nationally recognized psychologist, who strives to help out families, would chose our firm to assist in such important matters.

November 19th 2008 - WJXT Channel 4's The Morning Show in Jacksonville Florida called on attorney Curtis Fallgatter, as they have on numerous occasions due to his extensive criminal prosecution and defense experience, to analyze the ability of the State to prosecute, and the ability of Mr. Lightsey to defend, charges that he murdered his wife.
December 12th, 2008 - WJXT Channel 4's The Morning Show in Jacksonville Florida called on Mr. Fallgatter, as they have done on numerous occasions due to his federal experience as a former Assistant US Attorney and current criminal defense attorney, to provide legal analysis on both prosecution and defense issues relevant to Governor Rod Blagojevich possibly selling a Senate seat.

On March 12, 2009 Harold Catlin spoke on the topics of "Analysis and Summary of Medical Records" and "Avoiding Ethical Pitfalls" at the Institute for Paralegal Education (IPE) seminar "The Paralegals Guide to Proficient Medical Records Translation"
Cindy Houston, a Certified Paralegal with our firm, and current President of the Northeast Florida Paralegal Association (NEFPA), is a regular speaker at seminars sponsored by the Institute for Paralegal Education. Most recently, Ms. Houston has spoken on the topics of information management in the discovery phase of a case, and drafting pleadings and motions.
